Possibly you could get the sales reps to stick to that message - they're all pushing WebSphere onto people like there's no tomorrow, using the 'Domino will die soon, this is the path you should be taking' implication.

It's all well and good for Alan and Ed to spread the good word here and at events like Lotusphere, but all your good work is being undermined by the people out there on the coalface talking to the customers.
